I’m the Director of Empower Management, a specialist recruitment partner supporting Queensland’s engineering, civil, and infrastructure sectors.
For more than 25 years, I’ve worked closely with award-winning industry leaders across civil contractors, developers, consulting firms, and internal Recruitment and People & Culture teams to help secure the professionals who keep projects moving. This includes delivery, pre-contracts, commercial, and leadership roles across the infrastructure and civil construction landscape.
My approach is built on partnership, not volume. I’m not in the business of pushing CVs or operating transactionally. Instead, I work as an extension of my clients’ teams when they need added capability, wider market reach, or discreet search support. Whether it’s building project delivery teams, strengthening estimating and commercial functions, or engaging senior leaders who aren’t applying to ads, I focus on thoughtful, targeted recruitment that creates long-term value.
